I'm a 22 year old artist located in
The Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA. With my early interests, finding my
niche in technology and art, I chose to combine the two and broaden my
skills in graphic design in college. My first stencils were designed,
cut and sprayed around 2005. My early works with graffiti and stencils
were crude, and highly influenced by the skate scene and the freedom of
our small town 'ghetto' skatepark.
Around 2008, I started looking further into the world of street art that was being shared online. This is the point in which I discovered a lot of the great artists I follow today (Banksy, Shephard Fairey, Blek Le Rat, Christian Guemy, etc.), and the point in which I began to see the potential in stencil art and spray paint. Since then, I've been working in various mediums of art, including printmaking, sculpture and ceramics, multimedia, oil painting and ever broadening my skills in design. "Stencil Killer Art" is the representation of my work that I'm most interested in; stencil art.
I am not a street artist, and I should repeat, "I am not a street artist." I work hard not to be an imitation of what I see. My styles are greatly influenced by some of my favorite street artists' work on and off the street. Despite my past, and my love for the work, this is not the time or place for me to partake. I keep my work on the canvas and legal walls, and I share it around the world. I'm proud of my work, and I aspire to be innovative in my craft, and to keep developing my skills as an artist.
